Table & Chair Loan Program

Request Tables & Chairs for Your Next Event

As part of our commitment to serving the community, Hambden Fire Department offers tables and chairs for loan to Hambden Township residents for special events, gatherings, and other community functions. Whether you need seating for a family celebration, neighborhood meeting, or community event, we are happy to help!

How It Works

  • Request in Advance – Complete the Table & Chair Request Form below.
  • Hambden Township Residents Only – This program is exclusively for residents of Hambden Township.
  • Pickup & Return Required – Residents are responsible for picking up and returning all loaned items.
  • Condition Agreement – Borrowers agree to return tables and chairs in the same condition and report any damage.

Important Notes

  • Requests are subject to availability and approval.
  • All items must be returned on the agreed-upon date in clean and undamaged condition.
  • Residents will be responsible for replacing any lost or damaged items.
